"First, I waited for the shuttle for more than 1 hour. There were some other people they waited even more than me. Then the man at the reception could not find my reservation. As I need this room only for 3 hours, he solved this problem. Difficult to imagine what would I had to do, if I need this room for a longer time. Reception was extremelly unfriendly. I wanted to use shuttle to the airport in the morning, but I was tald to come 30 min in advance. When I asked if I can call 30 min in advance to order the shuttle, I was tald that I have to come to the reception and wait there for 30 min for the shuttle." (99774882)

The hotel was ideally placed for the airport and the complimentary airport shuttle was excellent.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room, and the mini bar fridge was empty.

Le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant : Trés sympathiques.
A l'arrivé à l'aéroport, il n'est pas évident de trouver le point de stationnement de la navette.

"En terminos generales la informacion que logre por E-mail fueron adecuadas para mis necesidades. Solo a la hora de cancelacion 1º no lo tuve claro, creo que podria ser mas directo Ej. via E-mail, ó bien via TE. Pero luego la respuesta fue satisfactoria.-" (99791528)
