"Hotel was very nice but reception/door staff where not very friendly" (107285285)

hotel room was very high standard bar staff where very nice, in particular one man but we did not get his name location was good

reception staff and door staff where not very friendly, rarely seen a smile on their faces. hotel lift was extremely slow and very small
