central location with good access to transport links
1) when we arrived we were given a card key to the wrong room on the wrong floor, a mjor inconvienience as my wife is 8 months pregnant. 2)Room service delievered cold food at a costly premium. i would not mind paying for well prepared product but this was unacceptable. 3)the room was poorly lit, and curtain/window area had not been cleaned in some time and was impossible to access . 4) the tv in the room had a very poor reception and the remote barely functioned, which may have has something to do with the fact that it barely held together. 5)we were charged on the bill for items we had not consumed , items from the mini bar that were not even present there to start with . but this was a minor inconvienience compared with the list above

"Apart from the first night noise, it was very good. Excellent help from the Concierge." (108015295)
When we complained about the noise of the Hotel main air conditioning in our room, they immediately changed the room for us.
The room that was allocated to us on check in was too noisy.(Hotel main air conditioning unit) We were unable to sleep the first night.

"The hotel was in a good position. The room was very small, and we had to chase our luggage to be sent to our room. This took 3 telephone calls, and we still had to go down and look for it ourselves in the luggae room." (108004481)
Position of hotel.
Very small room.

"Generally good." (108035468)
4th time I have stayed at this hotel - first time with Active Hotels.
Not clear on Active Hotels paperwork that I had not paid via my credit card details given at the time of booking. Paid at end of visit.

"Good quality, a pleasant retreat after high level business meetings." (108059119)
Courtesy, helpfulness and politeness of staff. Good sized towels. Robes and slippers.
Noise pollution due to evening function, however dealt with sympathetically by staff.

" Will come back- but then I do use Hilton quite often." (97828378)
Stayed three nights and found it on priceline.com. This was a very good deal indeed, and the hotel was great for our needs. Good location, nice design, excellent staff, pleasant room. We never planned to eat at the hotel as there are so many good (and reasonable) places to eat all around. Hilton is one of my two or three chains that I like to use when they come up as a major possibility. Thanks you staff.
No lunch available - but that was not an issue. Bed not made till afternoon one day - but again, not an issue for us.

"The room and the room service were both overpriced. The service was spotty. The Shower did not function properly. I will not stay here again." (97135930)
The room was good sized and the hotel conveniently located
The shower never worked properly. The price was very, very high. The staff repeatedly committed to addressing a question, but then did not follow up or respond. this required that I pursue answers on multiple occasions before I ever received an answer to my questions. I also had aitems left off of my room service order, and the delivery person said he would return with them but never did.
