The new Conference Center at the Hotel Auditorium Madrid is the innovative response to the requirements of a city such Madrid with regard to quality facilities for the holding of conferences and conventions at the highest level. Situated in one of Madrid's major business areas, close to the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Site and the airport, the complex was inaugurated in july 2003, being one of the largest accomodation Meeting Center in Europe. The hotel has a total area of 100,000 m². 15,000 m² of floor space is devoted to the impressive Principe Felipe Conference Centre, with a total of 56 pillar-free meeting rooms of various different sizes, suitable for any kind of business meeting, conference, seminar, symposium or training session. 27 of the meeting rooms are located in the building’s Piano Nobile area, ensuring easier access for vehicles and for exhibition material.

Restaurants and Bars

The hotel offers a number of different options for dining and drinking.

The hotel’s à la carte restaurant, El Gueridón, is situated on the ground floor and offers outstanding Mediterranean cuisine, excellent service and an exquisite environment. The food is complemented by a careful selection of wines and liquors and features exclusive specialities created by the renowned chef.

The Madrid Buffet restaurant has a seating capacity of 1000 people and serves a buffet featuring a selection of dishes including local specialities and international favourites.

The lobby bar offers snacks before lunch and great coffee all day long, as well as a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic beverages.

The Corner Bar is open from 08:00 to 02:00, serving a wide selection of coffees and cocktails in a stylish, comfortable environment.

Room service is available from 07:00 to 02:00, from Monday to Sunday, offering hot and cold snacks, sandwiches, refreshments and coffee.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 3 km from Madrid Barajas International Airport and the hotel operates a free shuttle service from and to the airport, running regularly to and from terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4.

By Bus:
The hotel operates a free shuttle service from and to Avenida América bus station. Alternatively, the numbers 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 221, 222, 223, 224, 224A, 226, 227 and 229 buses run regularly from the Avenida América bus station to the hotel.

By Car (from central Madrid):
- Take the N-II motorway to Zaragoza.
- Then take the exit for Via de Servicio Coslada/San Fernando.

By Car (from the airport):
- Take exit 12 (signposted Via de Servicio Coslada/San Fernando) on to the M-21.
- From the M-21, take the exit towards Colonia as Mercedes / Colonia Llorente.
- Continue straight ahead to Calle de Yécora and then to Avenida de Aragón.
